General Recommendations For Users

Always keep a backup of paper information, files, and reviews. Do not leave only in the system the review information because in case of system problems the chairs will expect you to re-enter the information if required and this should no imply in redoing work, for instance, reviewing the paper again.

Do not add users to the system indiscriminately, try to find users already registered and in case of duplicates you should report this for the JEMS system administrators.

For TPC members be sure if you are author of a paper that the user registered in the paper is tha SAME you are using as TPC membership because it may happen that the system will suggest you as a reviewer of your own paper. It is the TPC member responsibility to report this case asap to the conference chairs or if this is found later in the process you paper will be withdrawn.
